About TDM

The TDM model is a peer-to-peer agency model where contracts are administered by a single agency for the collective good of a small group of highly productive sales entities.

Commission. Agent program starts at 75/25 split until Agent reaches $1,000 in residual compensation. Once hitting that mark then agent will pay TDM an agreed upon subscription fee for a complete pass through of 100% of all Residual commissions from that point going forward.

Protection. TDM, as a selling entity, knows the value of strong contracts both in compensation and the terms and conditions that protect the contract. In January 2014, a jury awarded TDM a victory in a five year legal battle against Birch Communications to protect and defend the residual commission and contractual obligation of a contract assigned through acquisition. That trial and jury verdict are examples of the TDM difference. TDM utilizes the legal services of Ben Bronston for contract negotiations.

Trust. A core value at the heart of any agreement with a Master Agency is trust. TDM has been in business for sixteen years and has partners who have received commission payments on time each month during our existence. Ask for references or ask your industry acquaintances who have done business with TDM about their experience.

Service. Most partners have the resources to accomplish successful transactions. Tenured sales professionals coupled with carrier support close big deals every day. Periodically, there is a need for extra support to get the deal done. TDM is uniquely positioned with its in-house team to assist if necessary. Additionally, TDM has sub-agent agreements with four other master agencies and can bring any of their resources to meet all challenges and find unique customer solutions.

TDM is not the same as other master agencies, TDM is better!!
